Hi, I'm samantha. I have been upset with myself lately, and I feel that I should make this blog to help me through my weight loss journey. I've been supposed to be eating healthier. I'm not. There are always those girls that are beautiful, that seem perfect. Everyone of you is jealous of them, don't lie. But, I'm not trying to be them. I'm just trying to make myself happier and use them as an image of why i feel disgusting. I love myself, but I could be happier.
I'm going to start this off slow and easy. If you want to lose weight, you don't starve yourself. You can, but once you stop the pounds come back on fast. Go to the links below and click my diet.
